Our Senior Management team is responsible for CCT’s leadership and operations. They lead their teams in alignment with CCT strategy and sustainability goals. They facilitate partnerships with local communities to co-design and implement CCT programs and initiatives.
Our Social Work teams are made up of Senior Social Workers, Village-based Social Workers and Social Work Interns. They use a non-paternalistic, strengths-based framework called Signs of Safety and an approach called Appreciative Inquiry to partner with families, empowering them to think through their own problems and come up with their own plans and solutions.
The nurses on our Medical Outreach team conduct home visits to vulnerable families, providing essential health care that keeps families healthy, strong and able to work towards their future goals. They bring vital health services into communities, support families with preventative healthcare and help them to access hospitals and specialist health services.
Our Youth Centre teams are made up of social workers, teachers, tuk tuk drivers, early childhood educators, cleaners and security guards. They work together to create safe, engaging environments where vulnerable children can access their basic needs, like nutrition, clean water, hygiene and sanitation facilities and healthcare.
Our Services team brings vital support services into communities which supports families to raise their children. They help families access financial coaching and income generation services, home construction, renovation and rental support services and community foster care services.
Our ICT team supports public high schools and the teacher training college in Battambang to operate the CCT codesigned Information and Communication Technology online curriculum to Cambodian youth. They upskill public school teachers to deliver international standard ICT education, maintain computer labs and continue developing and evolving the course and delivery methods.
Our Monitoring and Evaluation team track the impact of CCT’s work in the community. They conduct formal evaluations of CCT programs that contribute to strategy and development, helping CCT to achieve sustainable impact.
Our Admin team are responsible for the daily functions of operating CCT. They provide systemic support to CCT staff, make procurement decisions and oversee the implementation of procurement standards.
Our Finance team manages all of CCT’s expenses, including all payroll, accounts payable, financial statements and day-to-day record keeping and reporting. They make sure CCT is in line with international rules and regulations for nonprofit organisations.
Our Human Resources team supports our team of 150+ staff. They recruit new employees, oversee the hiring process (including background and working with children checks), keep all employees up to date with relevant news and ensure all employees are across CCT policies, including CCT’s child protection policy.
Our Communications team is responsible for capturing and promoting CCT’s mission. They work closely with CCT social workers to create ethical and informative content and communicate it to CCT’s donors.
Our Board of Directors in Cambodia is comprised of care-leaver youth, community members and CCT founders. Their role is to connect in with current beneficiaries, ensuring their voices and ideas are represented at the highest level of decision making.
